前台态度很好，主动帮忙免费升级房间为江景房。房间也干净，淋浴房跟厕所是分开的，这一点比较好。床也挺舒服。是一次满意的入住。

酒店很大，但有点偏远……不过很多外国人选择，早餐丰富。游泳池不行，是俱乐部承包的，很多外面的人进入酒店，显得没有档次。

之前订好的房间，桂林下很大很大的雨，凌晨才过去的，到房间里一分钟后停电了，当时好像那片区域停电，但是！但是！！那么大一个酒店既然没有应急发电装置！没有柴油发电机！！还好早了几分钟上电梯，不然困在电梯里面怎么办！想想都危险！直到早上七点才恢复供电，整个晚上消防警报都在响，房间里面没有水没有电，没有空调，想想都可怜……这不像一个一晚三百多的酒店该有的样子。
