很烂的一家酒店，我在20多年前，这家酒店开业没多久的时候入住过，小时候给我的感觉很大很干净，服务员很有礼貌。。20几年后带着孩子重临桂林还是选择了这间酒店，可是看到的是一片萧条，首先酒店不开暖气，不知是为省钱还是怎么样，和服务员交涉，竟被告知1月份的气温是不用开暖气的（1月份不开暖气你想8月份才来用暖气吗）？试问当今这个时代哪个酒店的服务员会这样回应客人的，还标榜自己是四星级。服务员的态度也是很差，好像我们住的是不用钱，她免费赠送的一样，在前台站5分钟不理睬客人的。还有就是卫生，整个洗手间从头到尾都一股下水道的尿味，反正就是不推荐这家酒店！
