我在网上预订了他们一间大双床房，288元的，网站上显示的是2张1.2米床，结果入住后才知是一张大床，找他们理论反解释为：大床可睡双人！非常的不讲理，不厚到！最后答应给我加床还被收了80元加床费，完全祓欺骗了，有点郁闷，反正我已后是不会再入住这个名称的＂如家精品洒店＂了，也会告诉我的朋友们。

酒店硬件设施好，上网速度快。早餐品种丰富，环境安境，卫生干净，服务人员态度热情。住宿的很满意，有机会再来桂林还会选择如家精选酒店的，性价比很高！
