17号入住豪华房，18号退房，没发票，留了开票信息和邮寄地址，到29号了，发票依然不给，电话打过去问，态度超级差，说不到几句话，留就把电话挂断，建议去桂林旅游或出差的不要定这个酒店，设施也是很差的，附近性价比比这家高的酒店很多，当时是因为办事单位正好在这里边上，所以就选择了这家，后悔。

整个房间灯光很黑，厕所很臭，水龙头的水非常小，打电话给前台，前台一句：不能用吗？我也是醉了。酒店的卫生真的很差，墙纸脱落，木板墙不隔音，与网上图片严重不符。感觉被图片忽悠了。

设施比较旧，卫生间一股尿骚味，床单也比较旧，有一件衣服忘拿了，打电话回去问，居然说没看见。比较差的体验。
