大冬天只有7度，带着两个小孩，外面还在下雨的情况下，竟然没有热水洗澡，打电话问前台说下午热水器故障维修过要过1到2个小时才有热水，但2小时过去了热水依然在烧。要求退房说因为是网上订的不退钱，问题是当时是在前台工作人员的指引下扫了他们提供的二维码订的房。没有热水为什么在前台订房的时候不把情况说明清楚，真是坑爹酒店。
