酒店位置較為偏僻，寂靜，其實走到大路口，很多酒店可以選擇，不必選擇這家。酒店衛生不好，很多蚊子，跟服務員反應，只讓點蚊香就算，水龍頭的水是黃的，廁所板是歪的。硬件不好就算了，還不在軟件加強，服務員態度非一般的差，窗無法上鎖，讓她上來看，結果說我們怕就別去桂林，讓她收拾房間，髒毛巾直接放人家私人物品上面，無法好評。

1个礼拜前就预定好了的当天入住竟然告知没有了，大晚上的只能换别的房型，店家态度蛮横爱住不住，酒店是老居民楼改造，每天4点多楼下居民养的公鸡准时叫，没一天能睡好，最差的一次住店！

第一天去入住时前台职员告诉我不是网上订了酒店交了钱就有酒店住的！‘’, 然后在那里一直大声嚷半天非常影响我的心情, 还有这个酒店明明说的是免费停车场结果到那里停车要每晚交10元, 这不是在坑顾客吗? 还有酒店的wifi信号及其差动不动就断开. 还有到最后也没有给我们返现,按原价房间收费, 这个酒店真的是和软件上面介绍的不一样, 当然除开这个交通饮食各方面出行挺方便的. 但就全部来说还是不太满意

酒店住宿非常不错，房间很宽敝，前台房间服务都很周到，关键是这个价钱住这样的房间太值了。强烈推荐。
