前台明知道我已付过款，结果还是坚持扣了我的房费。并且在没有和前一天前台交流的情况下，按规定收取。感谢艺龙的优质后期服务，让我事后退了款。但心里还是有一个结。因为是说好，到酒店前台去退款，如果没有亲戚在桂林帮领钱的话，那我来回的车票又谁来帮我报呢？——习惯性好评，还是点推荐吧。
