关于服务，退房等了很久，这个久没问题。关键是卫生间放浴巾，客人洗澡放衣服的是洗脸池下的无门柜子，退房的时候自己粗心落下了一套衣服在那里。服务员退房检查时候没看吧。我们等了很久说没问题就让我们走了。后来也没打电话跟我说。我记得原来住酒店退房的时候，查房发现衣服会告诉我们拿一下。就算客人走了也应该打电话说一下是不是。我到阳朔想起来，后来回桂林赶飞机也没时间回去拿。所以算了，衣服一套也不要了。说不定也没了被扔了

酒店挺好的，晚上睡觉特别安生，一点都不吵闹，就是饭店比较晚了，晚上11点到的酒店，停车位比较难找，不过酒店保安还是帮我们找了停车位，距离象鼻山景点挺近的，大概2.3公里，去象鼻山千万不要开车去，景点真的超级难停车。
