服务需待提高。浴室漏水问题严重，不小心容易滑倒。酒店在十里画廊遇龙河末段，交通不是特别方便。吃食味道尚可，但是种类比较单一

酒店的景观、服务都非常好。住了两天，准备走时我才发现原来面前被树挡住的竟然是遇龙河呀！不过目前十里画廊的交通管制略微让酒店有些不方便，其他真的没得挑，棒棒的！

环境很好。干净卫生。整个酒店融入十里画廊之中 。服务人员特别贴心。尤其是司机小哥哥。人特别热情周到。只住了一晚上。出门接送了好几次。酒店菜品也很棒。升级了免费早餐。离店还特别贴心的送了礼物。

设施十分齐全；服务也很棒；就是交通不够便利，十里画廊交通管制，但有种别有洞天的感觉，；离西街较远，酒店每天提供一次免费用车；饭菜做的不错；遇景真不错，坐在阳台喝茶看山，惬意。
