酒店位置好， 靠近西街。步行几步就到！前台，餐厅服务员都不错！只是可惜，十年老店 ，房价不够实惠。有点小贵！设施老旧！电视小又老款。游泳池也没有开放！早餐头一天在一楼时比较丰富。人多了隔天搬到负一楼时 ，就少了些！

酒店离西街和印象刘三姐表演地距离都较近，酒店门头华丽，但客房内部环境一般，住的江景房，在一楼，景色一般，酒店服务员服务很好。

入住酒店后，门卡开不了门，电视是坏的，晚上空调坏了，酒店还不如实相告，说空调是关了。第二天投诉后换房了电视还是坏的。一个五星级酒店服务到如此水平我也是无语了！
