酒店的停车位上并没有写明哪些是小车位，哪些是大巴专用位我们都是看着有停车位的地方就停了，第二天看到，我们的车，跟隔壁的车上面都被刮花了，叫保安找经理来处理，遭到拒绝！！明明有监控，都不帮我们查！非得要我们报警处理是不是？？刮花处擦不掉的，不止我们车，隔壁的车也被上“杂种”二字，我们的写上“杂碎”二字！！
