晶鑫酒店设施，服务都很好。设有旅遊部，预订旅遊项目很方便。并台寄存行李，代收订购的特产，服务周到。就是对於在桂林北站上下车的旅客来说，位置不是很方便。总体来说还是满意的。

酒店位置周围没什么商业广场，早餐不错，餐厅也大！卫生可以，前台没精神！估计是淡季吧！也没有统一服装！停车场比较小，晚上晚回去经常没地方停不方便。

酒店位置周围没什么商业广场，早餐不错，比较丰盛！！卫生可以，前台比较死板，估计是旅游城市的通病，停车场比较小，晚回去经常没地方停更不方便，我们是商务出差的。
