酒店本身是可以的、因为杭州一直下雨，就没有想第二天续房、结果当天晚上我想续第二天的房，酒店前台告诉我不能续房，因为订出去了，酒店在没有询问我的前提下就把我的房间订出去了？我给前台说我还没决定退房啊、前台还说我不能这么霸道，我想续可能只能换房间，这样还是排名前面的酒店？不会再次选择

旧店有点老但房间很干净，没有异味。卫浴设施是无星都没有的带冲洗马桶。还提供消毒柜，这个价西湖边绝对值。
