每次到杭州基本都订这里，住这里交通方便，离西湖景点和银泰商业中心很近，吃完饭就可以到西湖边上散散步，或逛逛商场。酒店装修还挺新的，管理也不错，隔音也好，晚上休息很安静；前台和服务员都很热情，是休闲娱乐的首选住处。

虽然不是新的酒店，但硬件设施不错，早餐一般，门童服务不行，不能因为住进来帮忙搬行李，离店装做没看见，说了才勉为其难，帮忙搬。离西湖10分钟路程，但离热门景点需要

酒店位置很便利，走到西湖几分钟，西湖周边商圈很繁华。艺龙定的最便宜的大床房，到了酒店给升级了豪华大床房，楼层高了，前台真不错。酒店房间空间比较紧凑，该有的设备都齐全，马桶是智能马桶，挺好的，春节前带娃杭州一游，价格也挺美好的，住的挺舒服的。
