服务很到位，坐高铁来的阳朔，酒店提供接站服务。这么热的天气，接站司机会提前把车的冷气开好等你，办理入住的时候酒店也提前帮把房间的冷气开好，一进到房间很凉快，很舒服！这点很赞！管家小叶子也很热情，很详细的介绍了酒店的设施和服务，有问题找她都能帮解决。酒店的硬件设施也很棒，洗卫设施都是用的科勒的。床也很舒服，睡得很好。去西街也方便，酒店也有车免费接送。下次来还会优先选择这里。

特别好，四个闺蜜一起来玩，房间舒服，细节做得很好，连牙刷都好用。最好的是服务，一切都安排的妥妥贴贴，管家小梁帮忙定竹筏和刘三姐的票，都很便宜，比淘宝还便宜，还安排接送，服务太贴心，基本就像住家里一样爽！下次还要来！

剧哉边海民,寄身于草墅。月墅，顾名思义，处在月亮山下的别墅，跟以往住的酒店完全不同，温馨，幽静，却不输星级酒店的品质和服务。从前台到打扫卫生的阿姨都让人感觉很舒心，妹子们车接车送开的很六哈～特别是阿星美女，很贴心的酒店管家，人也长得Nice![强][强][强]

非常不错。就在房间就能看到风景。环境也好。晚上很安静 管家小梁很不错 还有小叶子 一早特意送来果盘。管家式的服务太好了值得推荐

非常不错。晚上特别安静，有接送去西街很方便，特别是管家服务。小叶子管家必须给她点个赞，还没入住就已经为我们安排好了！随时提问随时回复。真心不错👍值得推荐
