老四星，设施老一点，但环境不错周边，床睡的还比较舒服吧，硬床很适合我，出行方便，离步行街两江四湖象鼻山都挺近的。吃饭也方便，周边也很多吃的。停车场要收费，但不多，不过奇怪的就是为何桂林阳朔的酒店大多都要另外收停车费？

不负责任的的台，订的两间豪双，给的却是两个标双，一进房间总感觉不对，结果打电话给前台说，前台说查一下，后来一句不好意思搞错了你下来换下房卡。请问一下，如果我们客户没发现呢？是不是花着豪双的钱住着标双的房啊，怎么说你们也是大旅游城市的四星酒店了好不好！第二天也就是今天，中午打电话给前台说好续房的，前台说知道了。后来朋友说要换个大床房，就去前台把他那个房退了订了个大床房，我这个房又说了一遍续住，你又说好的知道了，客房也来搞过卫生了。我们下午两点半出去办事去了，晚上回来去前台刷卡时居然跟我说房已经退了，这到底是几个意思呢？也许是续房没续钱是吧！可我在前台换另一个房，说这个房续住时你们也没说要续钱啊，我也以为有4百押金在是不是不用续钱了啊，结果又要重新下单重新办入住又等了半小时，房间里的行李物品也被客服收走了，一百多块的烧鹅.烤鱼.腊肉也被客服扔了，又等了半小时客服阿姨把充电器.衣服给拿回来了，但还有个充电器没了，客服阿姨又一阵好找，还好找到了，非常谢谢客服阿姨，他们的错确辛苦了您。来来去去差不多一个小时，超级影响心情，本来我从不差评的，就这服务实在是太不敢恭维了。
