环境很好，前台也不错，就是得中午12点退房，如果不退，房间就自动断电了……一般酒店不是下午2点退房的吗？希望能改进一下，谢谢

183的价钱得3楼的江景房不要太爽了！房间够大，就是设施比较老旧，床头没有插头充电，但是床和枕头都挺舒服，还有小冰箱，送了2瓶水，住了2天，第一天没喝，第二天居然也不补充，空调还行，wifi不慢，大堂够大，总体来说还是比较值得！

可能酒店是老式的5星级酒店，老旧的感觉，觉得连4星级也没有，而且有蚊子，房间的冷气是中央空调，不太够冷。

桂林第一家五星级酒店，设施有些老，但很全很贴心，从艺龙订很便宜，还送双人早餐及午餐，虽然都没去吃，不过据说早餐一个人88元，很不错的。
