位置较偏，主要是靠近桂林师范学院第二附属学校，酒店较小，还行，出入的附近比较方便吃饭，有超市，但是门口出租车较贵，有点混乱，房间有点旧，不太宽敞。

房间比较大，比较卫生，但位置比较偏，最不好的是服务差，工作人员办事懒，敷衍了事。退房时总台服务员说刷卡机有点问题，信用卡的预付款不能取消，说结账后第二天再帮取消，结果我回到家后第二天酒店不仅没有帮取消，第三天打长途电话让酒店取消，第一个接电话的总台服务员说查一查马上帮取消，之后毫无音信，再打电话询问办得没有，又是敷衍说查一查马上帮取消，还说取消不了也不要紧，银行一个月后会自动取消，之后依然是毫无音信。直到今天过了十多天还是没有帮取消。住了这么多酒店，还是第一次遇到这么无赖的服务。三天后去广州长隆玩，长隆旁边也有一家维也纳酒店，这次我是考虑都不考虑一下这家酒店，宁愿选择离长隆远的市区酒店也坚决不选维也纳酒店。
