我是维也纳的老住户。今天到北站办事，因眼睛刚做手术不适，就想休息一会，到酒店开个钟点房。接待生磨磨憎憎不说，一脸欠她500万的不屑神:态，令人十分反感。十多分钟开好房，三楼306。用钥匙反复开房未果，拉摇手把多次。门开，冲出一穿内裤大汉怒气冲气，大骂不己难听入耳。因言语不合，心情不隹，差点动手。下楼复找接待生连句道歉也没有又磨憎，咕哝半天至二点二十七分办果。四点未到还牌离房，实在无睡走人。这是维也纳吗?维也纳的管理水平与人员素质吗?请入住维也纳酒店的旅客注意自己安全，选择其他选项。
