首先这家酒店有非常好的设计感，可见酒店方的品位很不错。其次酒店的硬件设施和软件设施都很好，水龙头淋浴头都是配了不错的品牌，甚至还配了箭牌的按摩马桶。洗头水沐浴露这些都是相当不错。还有产品也很好，床垫的软硬程度相当合适，而且配了羽绒枕和棉花枕两种枕头供客户选择，完全是五星级的水平。

去龙胜看梯田，第一天先到桂林入住，前台小姑娘服务态度很好，给免费升级房间，维也纳酒店一直都很不错，房间宽敞明亮，卫生干净，明天从龙胜回来还打算再住维也纳！
