携程网上显示订单已确认，结果到酒店前台时居然被告知查无此订单！！不过打电话给携程反映问题后服务态度很好，能积极给予处理，不过还是耽误了一个小时，后面行程还是受影响的。一开始分给我们的床床板居然是断的！断的！住了那么多次酒店还是第一次碰见这种情况，实在有负三星级的标准，维修师傅来看了后说没法修，后来又换了一间房间。而且这是个老酒店，地理位置很好，到各个景点的公交都很方便，但相关设施都很老，没有香皂，洗发液和沐浴液用的是一个，淋浴喷头不能拿下来，电视是用机顶盒，插座只能连插排，，总之各种不方便吧。前台服务态度还不错，酒店大堂很豪华，跟宾馆房间还是有一定差距的。
