走进去房间瞬间，第一感觉都很差，房间不不好，设施都是陈旧的。总体都觉得很差！服务一般，很多都是旅游团的。住的得不爽，还没法开票。

一句话：黑店，店大欺客；一：入住问了二次停车问题（开放式停车场），没有说收费，离店强行要求交10元；二：入住时，主动咨询了第二天离店时间，回复：一二点，离应时间1点08分，强行要求交20%超时费，说单上有说明超时费，最后找单，有注明一点离店，没有注明超时费，最后说双方都有责任，强扣20元。三：桂林玩，住了一周客栈，这家店，房旧，厕所味大，设施基本应该更新，价格是客栈，连客栈都不如的三星酒店。总结，网上订房的优惠是你司提供的，总不能以其它名目强收！这二项收费没有注明，没有告知，没有公示，全部事后强收。一家开在火车站对面，桂林门户的“三星”，丢桂林山水的脸面。

酒店设施比较差，陈旧……不满意！床是1米的，我出来工作五六年，从来没有见过酒店有1米的床，除了招待所。199的价钱不值得，这样的房最多只要119，总之价钱高，房间差。
