非常喜欢这酒店，酒店位于植物园内，非常安静，就像是园中园，只有住客才能进去，也很安全，让孩子在里面玩我们都不担心。出酒店后还能在植物园散步，超爽。酒店旁有一个购物广场，非常方便。我们入住的时候给我们升级了房间，在水池边，从房间的阳台就能喂鱼，孩子非常高兴。服务员的态度很好，我们明年夏天有机会还会入住。

闹中取静，在植物园里，古香古色的庭院，很适合家庭度假。出行也算方便，门口联达广场有10路16路到市区，就是国庆期间桂林堵车得厉害。预定了酒店的旅行社到阳朔，全程服务不错，虽然旅行成本不低，但看到了桂林山水的精华还是值得的。

酒店在植物园里，环境很好！适合度假，酒店应该属于精品酒店系列，风格是接近中国古建筑园林风格，细节做的还不够到位，但总体来说不错！酒店餐厅不大，但与这几十套客房相配套也够了，餐厅在卫生、服务、档次上应该好好提升，尤其是早餐，厨师、服务员及餐厅管理都不规范，显得很不够档次！如烹饪厨师不戴口罩，衣服不够干净整洁，环境虽好但卫生与五星有点差距，厨房后堂的门始终敞开，客人一览无余啊，说实在的，如果后堂高大上的话也就罢了，否则还是隐蔽点好！客房服务不错，WIFI不给力，要经常重启方可解决，总之，外部环境好，硬件条件强，管理服务须加强，尤其是餐厅的品位一定要提高。
