1、酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。
2、这家酒店的服务员个个彬彬有礼，热情周到，酒店装修的富丽堂皇，一般人是不愿进去的。
3、酒店各色闪亮霓虹灯让整城市流光溢彩、神采飞扬些高档酒店灯火通明面定推杯换盏意醉休些写字楼玻璃幕墙变巨显示屏切换着同广告画面与标语
酒店业最经典的话：
1、 如 果 你 不 是 为 客 人 服 务 , 那 么 你 是 在 为 客 人 服 务 的 人 服 务 。 If you are not serving the customer, your job is to serve somebody who is.

几年前有幸就通过艺龙预定过一次，那么多年过去了，再次预定入住很是高兴。特殊期间桂林酒店开业的不多，看到别院还在营业，果断预定了。不出所料，公园里没了往日喧嚣，也许这个时候，反而才能真正体会到这个酒店的曲径通幽处吧。这么多年历史的酒店，客房设施保养完好，服务还是一如既往的亲切，环境更是没得说，园林酒店典范。这次因为有事不能长住，以后有机会，再来细细体会吧～

疫情返程途中偶然搜到这家酒店入住后感觉非常好就安心在这住了十九天也打破了我在一家酒店住宿时间的最长记录。酒店在植物园里，自己有一个占地十八亩的园子老板非常用心园林设计非常好，房间设施也是按五星级标准打造，适合自驾游和度假。在此也非常感谢酒店的小徐和小王在我们入住期间给予我们的优质服务。
