昨天下午3点到酒店，办理入住的时候，出现了问题，就是酒店在装修，走道上都是灰尘，我们看到了肯定不舒服， 前台小妹和老板说，把门关起来就没有灰尘，第一间房间不讲究的人勉强可以住，第二间确实接受不了，卫生差，我和前台协调 ，我们接受不了，希望她们退钱，我们八个人 2个大人六个孩子，前台说不行，问老板， 老板过来说， 你不住直接在网上退钱，我说老板，我是3月31订房的， 你们装修是不是应该提前和我讲，我好提前退房，并且问题在于你们不是我，还有你让我当天退钱 ，网上显示退不了的，前台说很多客人在都退得了，老板说我又没收到钱，你们自己想办法吧，他就不管就走了，我就求助了，贵阳的朋友，他让我报警，我立马报警，我报完 ，前台和老板说，老板走过来说，不就退钱嘛，给她给她，前台说现金只有200 ，那让微信支付，我手机没有信号，他就来来来我给你，他就不好的态度就走了，以前住过 这次也就住这，结果失望 ，还有前台说，是换老板了，我也明白了 ，态度差不真诚的人，永远不会幸运和富裕的，不要以为我们是外国人就想欺负。谢谢贵阳的朋友和所有的警官的帮助。 希望我的评价能帮助到下一位客人，因为酒店还会继续接待下一位客人
