服务一般 酒店前台态度不满意
我们一共住了六七天 都没让他们每天做清洁什么的
就是毛巾浴巾牙具每天自己打电话或者去前台找他们拿
有一次因为要急着出门去 就跟前台说了把毛巾牙具矿泉水还有纸巾这些给我们送一份过去 因为纸巾毛巾这些都是必须用品 还重复了两三次的 她当时在前台耍手机 答应得很快
结果晚上和朋友喝完酒回到酒店 就只有毛巾和牙具 纸巾没给我们拿矿泉水也没拿 我们住了一个星期拿点纸巾和水都不愿意了？？？
第二次态度不好是因为我在携程上订错了房间 我们住的单人床 我定成了双人床 本来前面就有一次订错了那个男的前台都没说什么 后面不小心又订错了 那个女的前台态度很不好 就说我们房间订的类型不符合 我说我没注意不好意思 她还一直说什么我订错了什么什么的一堆 我真的是佩服 喊她送东西过来的时候也是像欠了她几百万一样 真的再也不想去的酒店了 心情点都不好
