1，花果园很大，很多楼盘，很多酒店，双利富就位于风雨廊桥的位置，临大马路，财富广场2单元。
2，停车费贵，4元一小时，晚十点到早七点，10元。
3，卫生，网络，热水都非常好，
4，电视可以看很多电影，免费的，貌似新闻频道不晓得怎么调台。
5，前台服务小姐说小朋友同住，多给了一张早餐券，贴心。
6，清明节，138元，双床双早，返21元，特价房，41楼，超大窗户，合算，
7，附近吃饭的地方相当多。
