这次入住发现被子上很多小黑浮毛，凌晨二点半已经闻讯酒店可否延迟退房，只因我们到店时间会凌晨3点半后，酒店前台告知可以延迟到下午3点4点，可是前台没有权限延迟4点，早上六点入住登记9号入住时间，这样我们可以算9号入住，可是针对我们这样劳累自驾车的朋友带着孩子，前台也没有权限，想请他申请下也没法。我还是比较难受。我们是凌晨4点才到酒店，按照酒店行业可以延迟到第二天下午6点退房的。前台忘记給我们早餐券。

很满意，新开业的酒店，设施很新，也很安静。交通很方便，在西二环边上。窗外风景，有一栋侗族风格的木楼，几十米高，很漂亮。

酒店在西二环边上，交通很方便，从黄果树回来一眼就能看到酒店边上的侗族塔楼及连廊。酒店刚开业时间不长，设施很新，窗外风景很漂亮，值得推荐
