第一次评0分，我**实际上想评负分，就说3点，你们自己判断。
1:第二天离店，第三天发现遗留了一件衣服，打电话去前台确认两遍才发现是有，然后说到付帮我寄，我就问了一下，我离店遗留东西，你们居然一天了，连个电话也不打？
2，我们住的房间，洗手间没有热水，你没听错，洗手间没有热水！！！有名的五星级酒店！打电话去前台，说让人上来看，结果，一个晚上过去了，没有一个人过来！
3…房间的usb插头是坏的，没去注意，结果手机插在上面，一个晚上，充不了电，第二天耽误了不少事情。
再不可能住这个品牌的酒店！！！
