就在贵阳，一直想体验贵阳凯宾斯基，曾经的贵阳最高酒店，正好这回入住了，前台很棒，帮忙升级了景观房。欧式风格，配有汉斯格雅，很不错，推荐

不错的酒店，交通便利，酒店总台和客房服务好，入住的是大床亲子房，房间大、舒适。大堂吧服务需提升：退房后在大堂吧等候车子过来接去机场，我家小朋友独自去找服务员请求帮忙加热汉堡包🍔，原意是待会在路上吃，服务员直接拒绝了他的请求，理由是不能在大堂吧食用外带的食物。对于这个理由我没有疑义，但是我觉得服务员的回答太过于简单随意，你可以告诉孩子不能在这里食用外带食物，但这和孩子请求帮忙加热食物是两件不同的事情，怎么能这么简单随意的回复打发孩子呢！而当我去询问并告知不是在大堂吧食用，只是想加热带在路上给孩子备着，服务员先是回答大堂吧没有微波炉，没有加热工具不能帮助处理；再问二楼不是餐厅吗，可以帮拿去厨房加热吗，这几天住店也请客房服务员帮助处理过的事情为什么在大堂吧就解决不了呢？服务员回到柜台和另两人商议后才接下这个帮忙加热汉堡包的事。整个过程让我很感慨，一件小事曲曲折折，原本入住时宾至如归的感觉瞬间消失，留下的仅是不好的感觉，怎么说也是一家洲际酒店，基本的服务理念和态度还是应该具备的。第一次写这么长的评价，只是希望能有所改善吧。

很不错的住房体验，市中心，出行方便，服务态度很好，每次外地朋友来都安排在这里，要是价格再优惠一点就好了，总体还可以！
