这样的服务，我房卡没找到扣了，我50元然后我找到了退房卡给他们酒店，服务员既然说不能退钱叫我自己把房开拿走，我拿你们放卡干什么请问？一张房卡几元钱竟然扣我50元，找到房卡退给酒店，既然说不能退，你们酒店专门卖房卡肯定要发财。服务员态度非常不好就为了不退房卡我。
