我于11月5日入住贵阳能辉酒店，从入店的一刻就感受到酒店的文化，以人为本。酒店前台看到我们是老年人，考虑到酒店装修怕吵到我们，就给我们调到17楼，很贴心。第二天，由于酒店接待婚宴，我们没吃上饭，到外面小店吃，我和老伴在电梯里抱怨了几句，没想到被乘电梯的经理听到，安排餐饮部经理道歉，我们就餐很愉快。细节决定成败，这些小事很让我们感动，从前台到客房经理，餐饮部经理都很热情的把工作做好，使我们两位老人有宾至如归的感觉。这家酒店真是非常好，希望来贵阳的客人选择能辉。撸起袖子加油干，你们真的很棒！
