酒店的位置很好 在市中心 很好找。前台的服务员也很热情 特别是前台的Judy和karry 提了很多要求 她们也没有很耐烦 很为客人着想。下次来贵阳还会选择这家酒店。

预订服务体验非常差。昨天预订398的单人间，还提供了担保，大约一小时后艺龙来电通知酒店拒绝接受订单，给酒店打电话说还有房间，但价格涨了。再和艺龙沟通，艺龙也和酒店协调，酒店就是不接受订单，被迫取消订单，重新预订了447的双人间。酒店的双人床真是特别小。酒店为了追求利益，缺乏最基本的商业信用。酒店在预订平台发布房型信息，就是邀约，客服提交订单就是承诺，合同就已成立，酒店自行修改或拒绝就是违约。

这是在贵阳我最喜欢的酒店。一直入住这家，干净整洁无任何异味，法国雅高集团管理的酒店值得信赖。原来这里的早餐是我的大爱，期待明天早上一如既往滴好😀

酒店位置市中心吧，一出门没走多远几乎可以逛街吃吃吃，酒店前台服务人员服务也比较好，叫Annna,pearl两位工作人员全程面带笑容，为我介绍了附近美食，耐心解决了几个问题，酒店环境也很清爽，简单大方，让人觉得心旷神怡，就是酒店的电梯啊有点慢，房间也还不错有窗户，下次有机会再来
