给艺龙的一些话吧：我使用艺龙app超过5年了，其实一直感觉不错，还不断向人推荐……但服务和信誉建立起来很难，但摧毁却很容易……第一件事：今年6月，我定了三间杭州江河汇酒店，艺龙收费是588，我去酒店办理入住的时候，因为想调整一间为大床房，酒店服务员告知我当日房价为468，于是我致电艺龙客服，经历了近1个小时，告诉我就是这个价，因为是预付款，我也不能取消。消费嘛，我也认了，只是以后出行不会简单信任艺龙，会比较几个平台价格，会更多关注酒店官网价格而已……第二件事，今天我定了贵阳诺富特酒店，因为你们平台的原因将我的名字告知酒店时弄错了，酒店很好不仅先让我去住，而且很客气的叫我致电你们问询酒店反馈给你们的单号……我致电客服，告知问题，并给客服说我的名字是yang li na，这种情况作为服务行业，我觉得应该向顾客致歉说预定错了姓名，会联系酒店解决，因为事情很简单……但你们的客服说：你的名字也读yang'li nuo，为客人造成麻烦后又是这样的反馈方式会让人比较火大……我无意投诉，只想说一个服务平台积累信誉度很难，但摧毁近乎一瞬间，希望贵平台朝卓做一个长远发展的平台努力，而不是昙花一现。
