酒店在一环外不受牌照限制，离青云路夜排挡和甲秀楼都不远，房间挺大落地窗和房型介绍图片一样，远眺的感觉很好，房间wifi信号不好总台马上安排无线路由器。半夜洗澡发现下水道严重堵塞长达20分钟排水，太晚了不想换房间动静太大，第二天退房反映了情况，总台接待及经理再三致歉并赠送小礼品以表歉意，服务的确没话说。设施问题是意外，服务品质是关键，赞一个……

位置还是不错了，可是酒店管理似乎有点问题，对于客户反应问题很慢，刚入住需要加一床被子给孩子，送来了一个被芯，这就尴尬了。严重的事，入住时我就提出与网上定价不符，前台说改了，退房时仍然多收了我的预付款，而且我反应后，这么简单的问题，处理了三天，这里要表扬艺龙、携程平台，工作人员一直跟踪处理进度，只有酒店仿佛事不关己，第三方平台催促多次才联系我处理，这样的低级水平的确不应该出现在这样级别的酒店吧？
