旅游旺季，酒店着实难定，基本靠抢。不得不说铂尔曼的位置相当的好的，旁边就是二七路的小吃街。只是这酒店的外景，让人恍惚到了90年代。酒店的人流量很大。房间设施整体还好，不过没有智能马桶。连住两天。第二天收拾房间没有房矿泉水，认为这类疏忽不应该存在。酒店的早餐品质一般。和很多五星相比不算好的。

入住办理太慢太慢！好不容易拿到房卡，一开门却发现有行李在内……更换房间又是一番周折。而且不能延迟退房，必须12点前

酒店又贵服务也很一般，办事效率太低，等了老久才办好入住。不过酒店位置还不错，交通很方便

酒店在市中心地带，交通方便，楼下就是小吃街，旁边还有个茶城，但不足的是前台办入住好慢呀，而且说了行政豪华房间送水果的，可是一直没送来，后来打电话问前台，又等了好久才送了两个苹果来，说第二天再送个水果拼盘，可是没了下文。失望！

五星级的确服务不错，卫生环境也很好。一共订四间房，有些房间电视，跳闸，漏水问题，不过都很快处理还送我们早餐，这点很赞，五星大酒店服务就是好，总体还是很满意。
