这个酒店是我半个月当中第二次入住，今天住的房间空调有些问题，打电话给宾客中心，一直没人接，五星级酒店居然会没有人接电话，好不容易接了告诉我空调只制热不制冷，让我关空调开窗户，我想问问，你们酒店是不是只有冬天营业，夏天歇业吗，然后连小孩的拖鞋都没有，真的就这种服务水准和态度已经不符合五星级水准了，很不幸，万丽从此会从我的入住酒店选择名单里消失了。
