老牌酒店管理集团旗下酒店，总体说的过去，但还是有一些不尽人意之处：1、一层大堂吧服务人员不够专业，对餐单和酒单不熟悉，点了小食，服务人员说没有了，但回到客房后点餐却很快送来了；2、房间内有蚊子；3、公共区域光线暗，冷气不足，感觉不太舒适。需要表扬的是楼层送餐服务人员特别友好、专业。

差评，这家万丽的服务简直是没有服务，5星的国际酒店0星的服务，先是办理入住极慢，在没人的情况下办理了15分钟，再是房卡无法开门叫service，半天没来，后来房卡可以开了，但是从始至终没人来开过门也没有交代。然后上不去网，继续问询，接线员态度极为恶劣，总在说一些幼稚的问题，什么从新开关一类的，半天也迟迟不来！目前尚未解决！最差服务的万丽，没有之一，真的对不起这个牌子！这些服务员也不配在这种酒店服务
