首先感谢酒店前台帮我换房间，她的名字我记不清楚了，谢谢你，你是让我感到我订的是五星级酒店的唯一存在。其他的我是很难理解为什么携程上评分这么高。到达酒店一层没有人帮忙提行李，订的无烟房，到达的也是无烟楼层，可是打开门后，一股很大的烟味，向酒店反应，换了房间，烟味没有了，但是床上竟然有一根长的白头发。不想说什么了，酒店电梯也是小的有点具体。最后退房时，问了一句，住行政楼层为什么不能在行政楼层退房，前台小妹还很不屑的说，先生你是可以到53层行政酒廊退的，哈哈哈，真心觉得这家酒店应该组织人外出考察哈，不用到日本的酒店去考察，去哈广州就行了，去看哈君悦，丽斯是怎么样服务的。

酒店非常高大上 前台接待在55楼 大堂空高很高 前台接待人员Lyon和Flora非常亲切 感觉一种宾至如归的感觉 下次到贵阳还会继续选择入住该酒店😊😊
