贵阳最好的酒店，没有之一。因为酒店很新，所以硬件上优于隔壁的凯宾斯基，下次再来贵阳还会选择这里。这次入住了六晚的行政房，行政酒廊的服务是让我印象最好的，四位姑娘Rebeca，OliviaCarolineTina特别nice为我们全家提供非常贴心的服务，非常感谢。硬件设施也非常棒，室内卫生打扫希望可以做得更好。国内外的五星酒店也体验过一些了，亨特索菲特给我留下了非常好的印象。

入住贵阳最高地标楼的索菲特会所豪华房51层，属于行政楼层。景观非常好。看得见甲秀楼。房间非常明亮、漂亮，还精心放置了红玫瑰花一束，欢迎水果，人偶迎接。床非常舒服，窗帘可全自动。卫生间洗浴用品是爱马仕品牌，很喜欢。淋雨舒服，浴缸🛁大，洗浴出来后踩在瓷砖地面上暖暖的，原来安置了地暖，卫生间马桶处也有地暖。下午的下午茶时间2:30-16:30免费吃蛋糕和红茶咖啡和晚上17:30:20点有欢乐时光啤酒畅饮，还有冷食物免费提供。酒店所有工作人员服务特别好，帮忙定出租车，特别热情，感到特别温暖。酒店下面有百货商店，从百货商店下面去酒店需要爬楼梯。因为初次去不知道该怎么上去，只能拿着行李箱爬楼梯到酒店一楼大厅了。机场到酒店很方便，一般都不会堵车。下次去的话还想入住索菲特。如果说改善的地方的话，行政楼层酒楼还在装修中。马桶改成智能马桶，窗户的外面又点脏，拍照有点小影响。
