酒店位置好，在市中心，就餐在57楼，整个贵阳尽收眼底，酒店设施齐全，房间漂亮，很适合家庭游，酒店服务也非常好，很好的体验，以后都会入住索菲特大酒店，而且酒店的床上物品还可以在索菲特大酒店的官方网站上购买，很赞。尤其感谢sammi mart的优质服务。

优点；酒店离机场仅15分钟的车程，对于第二天要赶飞机的小伙伴们非常的合适。楼下有亨特城市广场，吃饭购物十分方便，距离花果园打车也不远。甲秀楼就在附近，房间走廊就可以看到。早餐算是很丰富了。泡澡贴心的准备了浴盐。马桶和窗帘是智能的。
建议：房间住两人，胶囊咖啡只提供一个，如果只提供一个的话，速溶咖啡也可以提供一下。晚上送水果时间可以稍微早一点？晚上十点多我们已经累的要睡觉了。

抵达贵阳前提前咨询了好友，临时预定了这间据说贵阳星级店里环境设施不很不错的店，并致电了前台备注了自己的要求喜好（楼层及无烟房）。到贵阳时天气不太好，好在前台帅哥Jerry Guo服务很周到，为我快速办理了入住手续。到房间后，设施和开窗景观都挺不错，特别是房间的枕头很让我满意，有多重选择，免了我挑剔的烦恼。除了个别需要改进的地方，比如卫浴的洗漱用品不够星级设定，以及房门隔音不太佳。离店时前台接待员Sammi在知悉我当天生日还赠送了一份酒店小礼品，礼物不算贵重却足以体现酒店员工的工作细致及用心。已下了该酒店的App，再次外出需要住宿，我想我还是会首选这家
