一、酒店硬件不错，wifi质量很差，倒电梯极不方便。
二、位置在城边对我而言除了去机场方便外去哪儿都不方便。
三、早餐免强及格，正常用餐时段补餐慢，有客人对服务不满闹情绪影响就餐。
四、服务缺乏主动意识：1.通过艺龙备注了无烟房，酒店说未收到，入住前答应作无烟处理，开窗通风，喷空气清新剂，最后做没做自己心里清楚；2.入住前已告知带小孩，未主动配拖鞋；3.迎宾不主动提行李，迎宾、前台无主动问侯；4.早上十点多出门，提示立即打扫，下午两点多回来还在打扫；5.行政酒㾿未配酒水，九点多基本是临下班状态。
五、退担保金慢。
