是新开放区，楼下吃的挺多的，房间还是挺干净，那栋大楼酒店挺多，电梯不太好等，我们下楼时还出了下小故障，挺吓人，停车也不免费，要会员才免费。

距离花果园湿地公园两公里多。公寓在一个高层里，整个楼有很多家酒店，各自分别租了几层，各家的价位也都差不多。估计是夏天旺季的原因，涨价到将近三百的价格有些贵了。住的人多，服务有些跟不上。地板是强化地板，估计没认真打扫过，有挺多长期积累的脏东西。配置的洗漱用品很简单，护发素什么的是没有的连续住两天，第二天没有给添置新的牙刷，浴帽、梳子……等。被子的厚度对于夏天来说厚了点。电梯也是被无数人吐槽的点。优点是，床品很干净，床垫也比较舒服，和同等酒店比意外的准备了化妆棉（虽然，但是～比较粗糙，不好用），早餐也比预期好了很多，种类还算蛮丰富。

地板都是最垃圾的地板，卫生间有电线外露，走道可以看到员工晾晒的内衣，高楼内有股发霉的气味，网上预订不能直接开发票。总体性价比不高，周边同类型估计都是这样，不建议入住。
