环境太差，房间地板都是被水泡过的，表面起皮，地面凹凸不平，被子有污迹，肉眼看起来都觉得不干净，卫生间浴室就是一个喷头，没有帘子，卫生间严重积水，环境卫生很是失望，只能将就住一晚，下次不会再来了

旅行社推荐订的酒店，忘了拍照了，花果园的酒店基本都差不多，价格低档次高，比那些所谓的三星级好多了。房间很干净也没有异味，该有的都有了，wifi很顺畅。前台说艺龙订的都不含早，艺龙系统写着含早是弄错了。不过前台人不错，听我们说是旅行社推荐订的送了我们早餐券。这边早餐相对其他地方单调一些
