骗子酒店，本来想去考试订了3天，想订近一点的，图上网上显示1.9公里，结果12.8公里，相差10万8千里，白天看书没有光线，晚上看书没有灯光（灯光弱），要求换房，还要加钱，结果还是看不见，差差差，想退2天的钱不住还不能退，垃圾酒店还这么贵，再一次差差差，恶心的差

信用卡押金，退款时间太长，我是没所谓的，老妈因为这个就是不去住了，换了附近一家。不过整体还是挺好的，离学校近，住了很多次了，大家都说不错

酒店位置不错周围的景点多，房间设施完善，前台服务有待提高，我的订单已经确认了，到了说没房，最后又有房，价格和其它同类酒店相比偏高。共住了两个晚上，整体还行吧

上一次开会住在这里觉得还OK，这次再次预定发誓再也不会入住。
首先前台办理人员在面对客人入住需求时没有搭理而是忙手头的事情，如果很忙至少要跟客人说一句请稍后吧，这种礼貌孩子都明白 ，更何况你处在门面的位置。
其次，房间淋浴花洒的变化键一碰即掉，续住打扫后都没有按就让它掉在地上不去处理，洗发水和沐浴液，居然要靠保洁拿拳头敲击才能出来稀少，住你们店的都得是蛮力人员么？
最重要的一点，没有退房呢，续住呢，有什么资格丢掉我放在水池旁的洗面奶？续住该补全的浴巾没有补，该扔掉的垃圾没有扔，怎么放在水池旁的洗面奶就打扫的这么彻底呢！
