设施一般，位置尚可，服务就太糟糕了！最搞笑的是空调不制冷，我打电话到前台问，居然回答我说因为贵阳天气冷，故意调的，把客人当傻瓜啊？最气人的是，打电话请餐厅定了个两人餐，说好半小时去吃，当我洗完澡问餐厅做好没，竟然回答我还没有做，要等我去后才做，我是又饿又气，真心想骂一句NMP！这酒店，这服务真是无语了！以后不会再去了，祝早日关门，不要影响我们大贵阳的旅游形象！
