春节期间预订，标四星级的酒店：没有专用电梯，与商场共用电梯，人员进出太频繁，导致环境比较嘈杂。前台在二楼，装修也不上档次。办理入住不是很方便。房间头枕上残留有类似巧克力的东西，让服务人员拿走了。总得入住体验不好。
