前台张伟鑫特别热情，服务特别棒，因为定的是内窗的房间，帮忙升级了房型，房间很大，并且很干净，房间有浴缸还有浴缸套，房间小冰箱里两瓶哈尔滨特色的饮品，还有可乐和雪碧，要入住前就提前告诉我们都是免费的，房间很智能化，床头有控制面板，可以调节房间灯光，洗手间干湿分离的，特别棒，大堂有免费的水果，还有糖果，因为带着孩子还送给孩子了一个玩偶。

在主要大道上，坐机场大巴告诉司机要在中央大街下之后，下来还要打个深夜的士（第一次知道东北的的士是顺路载，也就是上面还有一个陌生乘客）就十块钱，白天还不错热闹，一整栋都是桔子水晶自己的酒店，虽然灯光像是蹦野迪的魅蓝，但是床很舒适，热水很大很热，前台小姐姐很温柔，好评。

很不错的酒店，电梯是刷卡的，非常安全，床品睡着也很舒服，窗帘都是电动的，好多5星酒店都没有，门口就有停车位，总体来说很不错
