工作人员都很热情，早餐直接送房间，退房时还赠送暖心小食。酒店位置也很好，去中央大街2公里，附近友谊路也有很多美食。

酒店位置不错，打车十几块钱能到各景点。
孩子入住期间每天早晨起来，都抻一下懒腰说“睡的真香...”老母心里安慰，酒店订对了。
哈尔滨太冷了，还好酒店提供了电暖器，每天早晨把孩子衣服烤一下再穿，舒服极了。
退房的时候，孩子和我说妈妈下次我们还住着个酒店。
501很安静，酒店水也很好。足矣
前台美女小张很有亲和力、很热情，孩子很喜欢和她说话聊天。

位置很好 距离卓展购物中心很近 房间比较宽敞 照片是退房的时候拍的
周六晚上有蹦迪的声音 有点吵闹 前台说是隔壁的酒吧 我住5楼都能感到震动 别说低楼层的住客了。但这问题酒店没法整改。
下次再来冰城，如果斯大林公园对面的英迪格还没开业，会继续住这里。

酒店的服务非常热情，办理入住时就送上了热牛奶，听说我是华住会会员，又免费赠送了早餐，因为火车是下午的，酒店又安排了延迟退房，外出正赶上下雨，前台马上递过来了热矿泉水和雨伞，宾至如归的感觉，太棒了！

十一带娃出来玩，有充足的地下免费停车位，酒店位置离中央大街很近，房间卫生干净，免费配送了纯牛奶和水果，前台客服热情周到，考虑到宝宝睡眠质量，特意调换了同等价位的航海之旅套房，因餐厅装修中，早餐按照客人要求时间给送到房间。总之贴心周到，住得舒服，宝宝早起直嚷嚷着不想走。
