酒店非常好👍，因为要下大雪要提前回程但房间已预定缴款，按照正常流程应该扣除全部房款，但是酒店非常人性化管理，通情达理，退回全部房款。就这一点来说5颗星.非常感谢.以后哪也不住就住这了。再次感谢
